About the role:
Daftarkhwan is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager—Facility to join our tribe. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will support the seamless execution of facility operations across multiple Daftarkhwan sites, ensuring that service standards are met and technical teams are effectively managed. This role involves daily operational oversight, handling escalations, interdepartmental coordination, and driving preventive maintenance compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily technical operations across multiple Daftarkhwan locations.

Ensure timely ticket resolution and adherence to preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.

Track and manage ticketing activity, ensuring >90% daily ticketing accuracy.

Lead resolution of all escalated complaints within a 48-hour window.

Act as the primary liaison for Key Account queries and interdepartmental concerns.

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Facility Manager promptly.

Delegate maintenance tasks to Supervisors/Technicians and assign responsibilities based on operational needs.

Conduct weekly KPI reviews and drive action on emerging trends.

Perform rotational site visits (minimum once per week) and monitor team audit scores.

Ensure full PM compliance and support audit readiness across all sites.
About you:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Operations Management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ticketing/facility management platforms.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Excellent problem-solving ability with a focus on service delivery and issue resolution.

Up to 5 years of experience in facilities, operations, or a related field.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize operational performance.

Comfortable managing multiple sites and meeting deadlines under pressure.
