About the role:
Daftarkhwan is seeking a creative Civil Engineer to join our tribe. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling projects from the initial briefing through to the final stages of build-out. Key responsibilities include project planning and initiation, team management, execution and quality assurance, effective communication with stakeholders, and project closure and evaluation. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders, and develop detailed plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and secure necessary permits to ensure smooth project initiation.

• Assemble and lead the project team, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and high morale.

• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and timely delivery of materials and services.

• Monitor construction progress, enforce quality control, and promptly resolve any issues.

• Manage communication with all stakeholders, providing transparent updates and facilitating collaboration.

• Lead project closure by verifying deliverables, documenting outcomes, and capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

About you:

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• A solid understanding of construction principles, industry regulations, and project management methodologies.

• Up to 1 year of experience in managing or supporting construction projects; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Ability to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
