About the Role:
Daftarkhwan is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Community Executive to join our tribe. This is a full-time, on-site job in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be the face of Daftarkhwan, responsible for managing all site operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our community members. As the primary point of contact, you will be the driving force behind fostering a vibrant, collaborative environment that reflects the values of Daftarkhwan. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all Daftarkhwan members, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Oversee the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from facility management to member services.

Planned and executed community events that enhanced member engagement and built a cohesive community.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, understanding their needs and helping them thrive within the Daftarkhwan ecosystem.

Welcome and onboard new members, introducing them to the space, services, and community culture.

Work closely with the Daftarkhwan team to implement initiatives that drive community engagement and operational excellence.

Collect and utilize member feedback to constantly enhance services and the community experience.

About You:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or a related field

You have 1-2 years of experience in operational management, community management, and customer service, preferably in a hospitality environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships easily.

A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle situations calmly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various aspects of site operations.

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
