About the role:

Daftarkhwan is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Officer to join our team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on leading recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while enhancing our employer brand. You’ll attract top talent, ensure a seamless employee experience, and maintain compliance across HR processes. Ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for people, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for all roles, from job postings to offer acceptance.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

  • Maintain an organized candidate database (ATS) for future talent pipelines.

  • Conducted reference checks and facilitated offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

  • Oversee pre-boarding tasks (e.g., documentation collection, IT access, workspace setup).

  • Design and deliver engaging new hire orientations and onboarding programs (e.g., DK College sessions).

  • Track onboarding progress, address new hire concerns, and ensure timely team integration.

  • Collaborate with managers to align role expectations and team introductions.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Daftarkhwan’s reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Improve candidate experience through transparent communication and feedback loops.

  • Assist in organizing engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, compliance documents, and hiring reports.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates).

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

About you:

If the below sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent management.

  • You have a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficient in HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and the MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • You can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Bonus: Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI), experience in employer branding or employee engagement, and the ability to analyze HR metrics to drive informed decisions.
