About the role:
Daftarkhwan is on the lookout for an empathetic, and proactive People & Culture (P&C) Associate to join our Islamabad team. This full-time, on-site role plays a key part in shaping an inclusive and engaging employee experience. You’ll lead efforts across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, well-being, and learning & development. If you’re passionate about people, strategy, and culture-building, this role is your chance to drive meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, craft inclusive job descriptions, and execute effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines while coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs.

  • Track and refine recruitment metrics to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

  • Support performance management, goal-setting, and career development initiatives.

  • Identify high-potential employees, aid in succession planning, and promote internal mobility.

  • Design and lead engagement programs, including team-building, recognition, and DEIB initiatives.

  • Conduct engagement surveys and recommend action plans based on data-driven insights.

  • Promote employee well-being through tailored programs, partnerships, and feedback loops.

  • Lead onboarding experiences aligned with company culture and ensure seamless pre-arrival logistics.

  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support HR analytics and decision-making.

  • Stay informed on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or employee engagement.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor law basics.

  • Proficient in HRIS/ATS tools and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for building strong team dynamics and workplace culture.
