About the role:
Daftarkhwan is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Associate to join our tribe. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team through telephonic interactions, timely email correspondence, and accurate documentation of sales data. A key responsibility of this position is maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date CRM dashboard, enabling the sales team to make strategic, data-driven decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain 100% accountability for all sales data received through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, the website, and social/digital platforms.

  • Facilitate all sales inquiries during work hours using standardized scripts and conversation workflows through the official company phone system.

  • Propose optimal deals to clients with a clear understanding of the sales process.

  • Ensure that clients are well informed about the sales process through both verbal and written communication.

  • Direct bookings for meeting, conference, and event spaces.

  • Ensure all logistical requirements (as mentioned above) are communicated in writing to the relevant team members.

  • Regularly check and proactively stay updated on space availability across all Daftarkhwan facilities.

  • Maintain 100% consistency in email communication by using standard templates and workflows.

  • Optimize response times and reduce lead time to ideally zero through process improvements.

  • Record 100% accurate information in the relevant internal communication channels and CRM.

  • Plan, coordinate and execute site tours that would help close sales deals for the business. 

 

 

About you:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • You have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in sales or a customer-facing role.

  • Prior experience working with CRM systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey value propositions.

  • A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle situations calmly and effectively.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
