About the role:

Daftarkhwan is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Apprentice to join our team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site opportunity is tailored for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, design execution, and creative project management. 

As a Design Apprentice, you’ll actively support the development and execution of Daftarkhwan’s brand across various platforms. From maintaining visual consistency to refining design processes, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across all sites. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn, apply, and uphold Daftarkhwan’s visual identity across all platforms, mediums, and sites.

• Assist in creating, refining, and documenting brand guidelines, visual frameworks, templates, and creative archives.

• Support the execution of design deliverables, including digital decks, print materials, and spatial or environmental graphics.

• Prepare and manage artwork files for production, printing, and fabrication.

• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabricators to ensure high-quality and accurate execution of all deliverables.

• Participate in site installations, vendor visits, and production reviews to ensure brand accuracy on the ground.

• Conduct visual quality checks on printed and installed materials to ensure adherence to brand standards.

• Suggest improvements to enhance consistency, efficiency, and overall design execution.

• Maintain documentation of completed projects for future reference and learning.

• Work closely with the Design Department to understand creative goals, timelines, and project requirements.

• Liaise with internal teams to translate their needs into effective design outputs.

• Support the preparation of visual presentations and internal decks for various departments.

About you:

• You have a working knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.

• You’re familiar with Adobe Suite and Figma, and comfortable using them for design tasks.

• You have a curiosity in production and how designs translate into real-world applications (materials, finishes, fabrication).

• You pay close attention to detail and can uphold brand consistency across all visual outputs.

• You’re eager to learn, open to studying existing brand standards, and ready to contribute to new ones.

• You have a hands-on attitude and are willing to participate in on-site work, installations, or vendor coordination.

• You manage your time well, balancing multiple design tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.

• You welcome feedback and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• You take initiative when it comes to quality control, ensuring high standards in every project.

• Optional: Skills in motion design, 3D modeling, or illustration will give you an edge!
