About the role:
Daftarkhwan is seeking a well-rounded Marketing Manager to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Marketing Manager will lead and oversee the organization’s marketing and branding strategy across content, performance marketing, digital channels, brand strategy, and SEO. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation through integrated marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, managing campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.

  • Managing departmental budgets and objectives

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Monitor marketing trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategy.

  • Manage the overall marketing calendar, campaigns, and product/initiative launches.

  • Building, training, and retaining teams across different regions.​​

 

2. Content & Brand Management

  • Oversee the content strategy across the website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

  • Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visual identity remain consistent across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.

  • Develop storytelling and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.​

3. Performance Marketing & SEO

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI

  • Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources across channels, and report periodically on ROAS and MROI

  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and outcomes

  • Lead SEO strategy and implementation to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and content performance

  • Monitor keyword performance, search trends, and competitor rankings

  • Partner with the web team to ensure technical SEO compliance and overall website performance

4. Public Relations & Communication:

  • Brand & Reputation Management: Shaping public perception of the company, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and managing messaging during controversies or crises.

  • Media Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, writing press releases, and securing press coverage for product launches and company news.

  • Content & Storytelling: Creating brand narratives through thought leadership articles, executive profiles, and company announcements

  • Crisis Communication: Drafting public responses to reputational events such as negative reviews or social media backlash, and coordinating with relevant teams on messaging

  • Social Media: Managing public-facing channels, driving community engagement, responding to public commentary, and monitoring brand sentiment.

  • Event Management: Planning and executing site launches, sponsorships, and press events to build brand awareness and media attention

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards.

  • Generate periodic reports on campaign results, audience growth, revenue, and lead generation.

  • Translate data insights into actionable marketing improvements.


6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Support lead generation initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when required.


About You
If the following describes you, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to digital and performance marketing.

  • Proven experience managing content, SEO, and digital marketing teams and campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
