About the role:

Daftarkhwan is looking for a proactive and organized Operations and Safety Lead in Lahore to oversee and optimize support functions across multiple departments. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence through standardized processes, efficient workflows, and strong cross-departmental coordination. You’ll manage site-level operations, drive compliance and safety standards, and support expansion by ensuring teams are operationally ready in new locations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at problem-solving, and is passionate about building efficient, scalable systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage leads of all support departments at Daftarkhwan

  • Ensure all departments meet defined SLAs and follow standardized SOPs

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements across support functions

  • Handle operational matters with landlords including LAG closures, and site-level escalations

  • Maintain and share monthly landlord update reports, highlighting site health, pending items, and lease terms

  • Create and maintain a central SOP repository and ensure compliance through team training and alignment

  • Conduct regular site audits for service quality, cleanliness, safety, and process adherence

  • Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for CapEx planning and operational budgeting

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization across cities and departments

  • Monitor and report department-level KPIs to leadership, identifying risks and areas for improvement

  • Ensure preventive maintenance, crisis management planning, and escalation protocols are documented and implemented

  • Support site expansion by ensuring operational readiness of support teams in new locations

About you:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role overseeing cross-functional teams and support departments.

  • You have proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying process gaps and implementing improvements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience handling escalations.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple departments, sites, and priorities simultaneously.

  • A proactive leader who ensures compliance, safety, and service excellence while fostering collaboration across teams.
