About the role:
Daftarkhwan is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships & Community Associate to join our team, in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role plays a pivotal part in strengthening our strategic partnerships and building vibrant, engaged communities. Reporting directly to the Manager, Partnerships & Community, you’ll help execute initiatives that expand our reach, deliver value, and deepen relationships across our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Manager to identify, pursue, and develop strategic partnership opportunities across SaaS, cloud, reseller programs, sponsorships, and brand collaborations, while maintaining a strong leads pipeline within the CRM.

Proactively propose and explore new community perks, revenue-generating initiatives, and industry linkages to enhance value creation for the Daftarkhwan ecosystem.

Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality, data-driven documentation including proposals, presentations, contracts, MOUs, and performance reports that clearly communicate partnership value.

Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), partnership logs, and trackers to monitor pipelines, partner engagement, and community metrics.

Analyze partnership and community data to evaluate performance, generate insights, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Support and coordinate partner onboarding, including demos, training sessions, and enablement initiatives to ensure successful integration and collaboration.

Plan, execute, and oversee community engagement initiatives, including events, workshops, meetups, campaigns, and sponsored activities across all sites.

Lead and monitor on-ground execution for partner events, including physical setup, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Coordinate the development and dissemination of marketing and communication materials to effectively promote partnerships and community initiatives.

Act as a primary point of contact for partners and community members, ensuring timely, professional communication and a strong brand experience.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities and alignment across departments.

Stay informed on industry trends, partnership ecosystems, and community-building best practices to continuously refine strategies and approaches.

About you:

1-2 years of experience

BS Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Excel for trackers and PowerPoint/Canva for decks).

Proficiency in professional networking tools.

Command of HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English; ability to present ideas persuasively to external stakeholders.
