About the role:

Daftarkhwan is looking for a Procurement Lead to join our team in Lahore. This role will require you to take charge of our general procurement operations across all sites. As our Procurement Lead, you’ll be at the center of operations, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and key vendors to streamline purchasing systems, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver value across the board. You’ll also lead initiatives to optimize costs, improve vendor performance, and drive strategic procurement decisions that support Daftarkhwan’s growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Oversee purchase requests, approvals, and payments.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and taxation requirements.

  • Manage all procurement operations through our implemented ERP system.

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure transparency and efficiency.

  • Oversee inventory and warehouse stock management across all sites, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.

  • Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration to streamline procurement workflows, enhance transparency, and ensure timely operational support.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.

  • Strong negotiation, financial coordination, and ERP management skills.

  • A detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
