About the role:
Daftarkhwan is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Processing Officer to join our tribe. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team through telephonic interactions, timely email correspondence, and accurate documentation of sales data. A key responsibility of this position is maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date CRM dashboard, enabling the sales team to make strategic, data-driven decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Keep 100% accountability of all sales data received through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, website, and social digital platforms.

All sales inquiries on calls during work hours are to be facilitated with standardized scripts and conversation workflows through the official company number system.

Propose optimal deals to clients with a clear understanding of the sales process.

Ensure the clients are well informed about the sales process in verbal and written communication.

Implement a comprehensive lead qualification process to ensure adherence to standardized culture fit metrics.

Conduct site tours and schedule meetings with prospective clients following standard protocols.

Ensure efficiency in executing the sales process for all qualified leads to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.

Communicate all received logistical requirements in writing to the relevant team members to ensure clarity and coordination.

Keep a regular check and take the initiative to stay well informed with the updates on space availability options across all Daftarkhwan facilities.

Maintain 100% consistency in email communication by using standard templates and workflows.

Optimize response times and reduce lead time to ideally zero through process improvements.

Record 100% accurate information in the relevant internal communication channels and CRM.
About you:

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.

You have at least 0-2 years of experience, preferably in sales or a customer-facing role.

Prior experience working with CRM systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey value propositions.

A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle situations calmly and effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
