About the role:
Daftarkhwan is seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Associate to join our dynamic tribe. This is a full-time, on-site job in RWP. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless network operations, delivering exceptional technical support, and maintaining the reliability of our network infrastructure and linux-based servers. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach to troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.

Collaborate with the IT team to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance.

Participate in the setup and maintenance of Virtual LANs (VLANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and other network services.

Contribute to the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems on servers and workstations.

Support server deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.

Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems.

Monitor server performance and implement optimizations for improved efficiency.

Collaborate in implementing security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.

Participate in monitoring network activity for security breaches and potential threats.

Assist in developing and maintaining security policies and procedures.

Assist in diagnosing hardware and software problems and performing necessary fixes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, system setups, and Linux server configurations.

Create and update technical guides and knowledge base articles.
About you:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in network support, technical troubleshooting, or a related role.

Strong understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP protocols.

Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
