Daftarkhwan Year-in-Review 2025

Workplace trends evolve every year, and 2025 unveiled a historic shift. For the first time in 22 years, employees around the world prioritized jobs that fit their life over salary and other compensatory benefits, reported The Guardian. Additionally, the corporate push to return to offices, after years of remote and hybrid work arrangements, sparked a global debate on the importance of flexibility for work-life balance.

In 2025, Daftarkhwan stayed true to its essence of being more than just an office, giving people the flexibility to choose when, where and how they work across Pakistan. With a focus on elevating our services, this year was rooted in enabling our supercommunity to experience freedom.

Home to a Growing Supercommunity

This year, 600+ members joined Daftarkhwan to work and innovate in an environment that unlocks limitless possibilities, becoming part of our supercommunity of over 5000 members across Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

We served a wide spectrum of businesses and welcomed 260+ companies from diverse industries, nurturing an ecosystem that thrives on networking and collaboration. Over the year, we became a home to major national and international organizations such as the British Council, Mashreq Bank, Teknosys, Beyond ONE, FMC and Al Ghurair, each bringing its own energy and adding a distinct voice to the mix.

2025 was an exceptionally significant year of impact for our supercommunity. At the enterprise level, Systems Limited marked a major milestone by acquiring BAT’s SAA services and Confiz, strategically expanding its global footprint. Across the startup community, our members unlocked fantastic achievements. Shadiyana, co-founded by women entrepreneurs, Izzah Zaman and Neelam Shoaib, secured $800,000 in pre-seed funding to grow its platform and reshape Pakistan’s wedding industry.

Evolution of The Daftarkhwan Experience

As part of our commitment to elevating the way our community works, we upgraded Daftarkhwan | Vantage, relocating from Bahria Town Phase 7 to Sector F, DHA Phase 1. Introducing a sleek, spacious and high-end workspace that reflects how the Daftarkhwan experience has evolved over the years. The new Vantage, located in Rawalpindi, is an all-in-one, dedicated building with four expansive floors. As a custom-designed corporate building, it features a modern lounge space, executive boardroom, a rooftop cafe with panoramic city views, a gaming room and all the comforts you need to feel at home.

Over this year, we purposefully diversified our partnerships, collaborating with companies across food, hospitality, banking, gaming and more. From brands like Sting, Tamasha, and Allied Bank to gaming-led platforms such as Raptr, these collaborations added new dimensions to the Daftarkhwan ecosystem.

Building on the ethos of extending our experience beyond the office spaces, we also launched “The Founders Exchange” this year. An exclusively curated platform where Pakistan’s professional and entrepreneurial community connects and collaborates with founders and investors.

Welcomed Leaders Across Industries

This year, our spaces became a meeting ground for industry leaders with Daftarkhwan | Boulevard emerging as our most popular workspace.

Attracting diverse professionals, Boulevard has been a hub for iconic endeavors, hosting events for renowned companies in 2025 from Google, Pepsi, Figma and Mashreq to Sapphire, Careem, NIPA and Paklaunch, among countless others.

As the venue for our conversation series Freeform, it has also welcomed prominent names like Faran Tahir, Ali Hamza, Seema Aziz and Salima Hashmi, making Boulevard a center for inspiration and creative exchange. With a dedicated podcast studio, the space has also hosted voices from across industries, including Muzamil Hasan’s podcasts.

However, Boulevard’s versatility goes beyond professional and creative events. In November, it hosted the Raptr Tekken Showdown, delivering two days of nonstop gaming and high-energy competition. The dynamic culture of this site has always ensured that there’s a space for everyone to belong here.

Stepping into 2026

As we step into 2026, Daftarkhwan remains committed to flexibility as the foundation of how we work, focusing on equipping our supercommunity with more state-of-the-art workspaces across regions and grounding our expansion in elevating the work experience. With new initiatives, expanded offerings and a growing network of members and companies, the year ahead is set to be another journey of meaningful connections and impact, where every member has the freedom to feel inspired, empowered and at home to drive world-changing work and take the lead.
