Front Desk Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Front Desk Officer in Lahore who will be greeting clients, answering phones, managing office equipment, and performing various office administration duties. The Officer will ensure customer satisfaction and handle any client inquiries or concerns. They will be responsible for proactively managing a multitude of departments with an attitude to get things done right and on time as they will be the first point of contact for any individual coming in at Daftarkhwan.

  • Intermediate Education or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients in a professional manner

  • Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related field

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including phones and printers

  • Ability to perform various office administration tasks, such as filing and organizing

  • Proficient in Google Suite and basic computer skills

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
